for (you'll receive a written appraisal with the purchase of $500+
items). We also guarantee that if you're not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you may return any non-custom pieces within

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Master
Card, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Japan's JCB card,
checks and money orders. Please have the item numbers, your
questions, or diamond specs ready before calling.
Refund/Exchange Policy
We offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt on all non-custom
jewelry pieces. Custom orders may be exchanged with notification
within 5 days of receipt for any other items at an equal or higher
value. Engagement rings that include a center diamond (over 1/4
carat) are considered custom orders. Call toll-free 800.453.0501
to receive a "return authorization number." Write this
number on the mail packaging. Please insure the package to fully
cover the item's purchase price. Also, the packaging should adequately
protect the jewelry from any damage. Arka Designs is not responsible
for any return items lost in the mail or damaged.
Shipping Policy
Shipping on all orders over $500 is free of charge. We use
overnight, insured FedEx boxes for your convenience and safety.
The S&H fee for all other orders is $14.75
